Time Cards

Contractors and consultants are required to submit a weekly or bi-weekly time card.

To submit your time card by fax:

• Print and complete a Weekly OTM time card , or a Bi-Weekly OTM time card and ask your supervisor to sign it, then fax your approved time card to our office.

To submit your time card by email:

• Download a Weekly OTM time card or a Bi-weekly OTM time card and enter the number of hours you worked. Email the time card to your supervisor and copy OTM. Your supervisor will then email us their approval, and we'll take it from there.
