Giving back to the community is an integral part of OTM's corporate philosophy. Toward that end, we contribute to a variety of organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life in Silicon Valley. Focusing our corporate giving program on the arts, education, and health and human services, OTM is a proud supporter of the following organizations that strengthen and serve our community:

	2nd Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties is a private non-profit organization that collects and distributes more than 27 million pounds of food each year to low-income children, adults, and seniors. Currently, the Food Bank serves an average of 163,500 individuals per month.
	Dedicated to defeating the cycle of poverty, InnVision provides emergency shelter, long-term housing, and comprehensive range of support services for homeless and at-risk families and individuals in Santa Clara County.
	Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital is devoted to the care of babies, children, adolescents and expectant mothers. Internationally recognized for the care it provides, LPCH maintains an extensive network of community outreach services to make it easier for children and mothers to get the care they need.
	Now in its fourth season, Symphony Silicon Valley is a fresh and vital cultural resource. Donations support orchestral performances, free community concerts, senior and student discounts, as well as educational outreach programs for thousands of Silicon Valley's children.
	Bellarmine is a community of students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and friends focused on educating young men of competence, conscience, and compassion. Contributions provide the academic, spiritual, and extracurricular resources to help today's students become tomorrow's leaders.
	The University of California, Santa Barbara fosters education and research that affects the lives of Californians everyday. Financial support for UCSB helps the school meet its educational, research, and service priorities; and makes the expense of attending a first-rate university within reach for exceptional students.
