CONTRACT TO DIRECT HIRES

OTM contractors can be converted to direct employees at any time, offering a surefire way to evaluate an individual's fit within your organization before you commit to a permanent hire.

In addition to contractors, OTM's talented team includes some of Silicon Valley's finest independent consultants. We can broker corp-to-corp contracts with these individuals for on-site or off-site employment on an hourly or per-project basis.
