HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

When you submit a job listing to OTM, we immediately schedule a phone interview with you to discuss your position requirements. Often, we schedule a site visit, as well, to get an understanding of your work environment, what your division does, the stage of your project, and the size of your group. Our objective is to work with you to identify the skills, strengths, and industry-specific knowledge candidates need to succeed and contribute at the highest level.

We then select a few outstanding candidates who are an excellent match for your position requirements. Candidate resumes are presented with an introduction that includes a skill set overview, bill rate for contractors or desired annual salary for permanent hires, availability to interview, and availability to start. Depending on your needs, we can manage the entire hiring process from scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and negotiating compensation and start date.
